Position: QA Engineering Assistant (Incoming, In-process, Outgoing)

Achievements:

Orange Belt Project: 14N Filter Cap Pad Printing Yield Loss Improvement, to

reduce the percent of rejection and to identify the causes of the reject.

14N Filter Cap (Printed) is the top contributor of the reject in the

Assembly line, the objective of the project is to reduce the reject and

identified what are the causes of the reject. The project had been

identified the five major causes of the high rejection of the 14N Filter

Cap (Printed) and worked to reduce the reject through different corrective

actions. The project has been successfully reduce the reject and for being

the top, the 14N Filter Cap (Printed) is the lowest reject contributor in

the Assembly line.

Responsibilities;

- Report directly to Quality Manager.

- In-charge in overall plant operation on quality issues

- Carry-out training and updates on Quality Plan, Special Instruction

and all other documentation implementation.

- Coordinate with vendor/supplier on quality related issues. Responsible

in issuance of VCAR and its closure.

- Carry-out Incoming Inspection to ensure quality of materials is in

conformance to specifications. Perform In-process inspection

(dimensional and visual) and product Final Inspection as per sampling

plan prior delivery.

- Conduct First Article Inspection and First Piece Inspection.

- Prepares Certificate of Conformance and Outgoing Inspection Report

prior to delivery.

- Monitor and maintain retained samples such as first piece/last shot,

SPC and FAI samples.

- Responsible in monitoring and controlling parts in MRB.

- Responsible in controlling & maintaining CoC, VCAR, NCR and RMA

reports.

- Generates updates and reviews Quality System Specifications and

Quality Plan.

- Supervise packing personnel to ensure product packaging is in

accordance to packaging specs and GMP on packing area.

- Plans and manage QA manpower schedule.

- Review and plans QA personnel skills and improvement.

- Prepare accept and reject samples for QA & Production personnel

concerning quality issue.

- In-charge in monitoring monthly pest control in company premises.

- Conducts training to Operators, Line Leaders, QA Technician and

Process group on quality specifications, updates on quality plan, new

Practices (GMP).
