Project developed by GE Healthcare for use by Field Engineers (FE) to to

digitize the process of entering and storing Preventive Maintenance

checklists of healthcare equipments. This system will provide required

evidence of completion of Preventive services of equipments. New system

will be able to store completed PM & HHS 2579 forms and data. The existing

HHS 2579 data will be migrated to the new system. New user interface will

be developed to query & resubmit the forms from Content space.
