Duties include but not limited in production line assemble, test and

calibrate Thermatel mass flow transmitters (Thermal Dispersion

Technology) by following procedures and guidelines.

Enter or correct data via ‘PACT ware’ into calibrated unit.

Trouble shoot in component level (SMT & through hole components of

printed circuit boards)and perform repair on printed circuit boards such as

logic, wiring or loop and power boards as per IPC A 610D standards.

Responsible to meet out deadlines in production with in time frame as per

priority.

Train, observe, correct and solve the issues in production assembly line

workers.

Maintain Log for repaired and fixed boards.

Co ordinate with Engineering and Quality inspection departments if any

quality, production and procedure issues noticed.

Overall responsible for Production and assembly line back up
