IT Project manager - SDLC Tools Support - PMO (Nov 2010 - May 2014)

. Managed PMO office for organization providing development services for

several Bank business units. Projects included Agile and Waterfall

methodologies.

. Managed team that provided support for SDLC Tools across Bank of America.

Tools supported all phases of software development life cycle:

requirements, issue tracking, version control, testing, build and

release. Support included role of Service Delivery Manager for the tools

in portfolio (25,000 users in more than 50 cities in the world).

. PMO Office included projects for these types of applications: Portals,

Vendor Management Data Integrations, System of Records Application, Data

Presentation Dashboards. Technologies associated included: Java, .Net,
