1) Heraeus Metal Process, Inc - Specialist, Reforming (Chemical Process)

07/10 to Present

Joined the company as a chemical operator after Jan 06 2014 HMP promoted

me as Specialist (Ref Cat, RHENUIM PRODUCTION).Operate the different type

of reactor (S.S, G.L.V & FGL), pump, filter press, pan filters and valves.

With follow by company (SOP). Maintain temperature while adding catalyst

(exothermic reaction) during process & add the chemical on time check the

PH probes, SPGR, acid free test & maintain temperature during the entire

process. Maximizing equipment up time, spare parts inventory, preventive

maintenance program, product quality, work safety and cleanliness. Check

the all the storage tank & maintain the good housekeeping. Dealing with

toxic Chemical Such as a Nitric acid, Formic acid & HCL. Clime up ladder

frequently. Duties also run fully automated (PLC) Rhenium separation Ion

Exchange plant with evaporator & regeneration process. Duties also process

the raw material, feedstock & Bio product transfer (Alum).

3) Cherokee International (USA) - Assistant Maintenance Person

08/08 to 03/09

My job responsibilities are to look after the preventive Maintenance &

Breakdown Maintenance of the plant & Machinery. Partly my job duties are to

look after production line and assembly the small electronic part on the

elect board also operator the wave solder machine. Maximizing equipment up

time, spare parts inventory, preventive maintenance program, product

quality, work safety and cleanliness. Look after all machine such as a lead

free soldering m/c, leaded soldering m/c. Also MSDS documentation, chemical

storage area, raw material stock, hazardous waste, manifest, purchase order

and maintain tool room.

4) Marigold Paints Pvt Ltd - Chemical Process Technician

12/02 to 04/08

In charge of the Chemical Plant (Resin) & Paint Machinery. Operate the

machine such as a Reactor, furnace, pump, gearbox, Cooling tower, dryer,

ETP, Generator, Ball Mill, Bead Mill, Send Mill, HSD, LSD & Attritor.

Duties including mixing the different type of chemical in the reactor and

maintaining the temp (cool, hot & chilled) as per batch process plant from

the company procedure. Follow the SOP & cGMP. Duties also included

5) Real Foods Pvt Ltd (Sydney) - Shift Maintenance Engineer

04/98 to 06/00

Joined the company as a process worker after 3 month they promoted me as a

Shift Maintenance Engineer. Duties including operate packaging machine,

blender & mix the raw material in the blender as a company procedure. Lead

a team of 10 people. Duties also including preventive & breakdown

maintenance of plant & machinery. Maximizing equipment up time, spare parts

inventory, preventive maintenance program, product quality, work safety and

cleanliness.

6) J. B. Chemical Ltd - Process Technician (DCS Plant)

08/93 to 03/98

Joined the company at the project stage where company start to build up the

structure of the plant & installation of machinery, equipment & pipeline.

Responsibilities is to work with different type of contactor and making

sure they are going on the right tract such as a foundation of the pump,

correct pipe line, size of cable for every end of the day. Also instruct

them to do particular job on time. Operate different type of reactor with

company SOP. Maintain temperature during the process & add the chemical on

time check the PH, SP, Pressure & titration process. I also involve as a
