Highly successful project manager for the OIG Renovation projects, located across the

United States, ranging in sizes from 1,000-75,000 square feet of office space.

Awarded over 30 renovation projects using the USPS Job Order Contract in the Progen

Software.

Managed general contractor (GC) and entire activities on renovation projects from

inception to completion and controlled the budget with total client representation.

Responsible for planning and conducting site visits with GC and A/E to create accurate

field measurements to produce drawings, I was the decision maker to ensure space is

conducive to OIG requirements.

Coordinated and Lead over 30 Pre-Con meetings with the general contractor, lessor,

postal maintenance, client, and representatives from Postal’s local Environmental and

Safety Departments.

Evaluated and Signed approval on all official bids, schedules modifications and invoices

submitted by general contractors.

Established statements of work (SOW), estimates, negotiations, modifications and

Created and Implemented an OIG Manual for standard protocol for PM’s use which

Resident Officer In Charge Of Construction (ROICC) Office at the Defense Intelligence Analysis

Center (DIAC), Bolling Air Force Base (BAFB)

! Senior project manager for three projects: Replacement of 3 Chillers, HVAC Upgrades,

and 450,000 sqft addition to DIAC building, total combined cost $120 million.

Manage the general contractor to ensure all construction tasks were compliant with Navy

plans and specifications.

Responsible for project engineering, directing key decisions, manage concept

development, permitting, contract procurement, and general construction activities.

Signed off on invoices for general contractor and controlled the budget for total client

representation throughout project duration, including requesting additional funding.

Prepared and negotiated over 1,000 government estimates for proposed change orders.

Tracked and reviewed over 2000 request for information from the contractor in project

talk and help facilitate sufficient answers with Architectural/Engineering firm for

response.

Issued request for proposals, interfaced with customer regarding scheduling,

performance, existing and new revisions to the project weekly. Review submittals,

schedules, proposals, equipment and project documentation.

Designed, and delivered plans/cost estimates to complete general layout, stripping,
