o Proactive manager of 16 Cryptologic Integrated Logistic Support collection/processing systems, directed systems through their lifecycle stages to include MEILSR process, ILSP development and coordinated project meetings with the Acquisition Logistics Integrated Product Team members.

o Authored major revision to the Naval Security Group Logistics Maintenance Manual that documented all aspects of corrective and preventative maintenance for systems ashore and afloat.

o Team member of Naval Security Group Inspector General. Identified and assisted Naval Security Group sites with internal electronic and facility process improvements. Developed comprehensive inspection checklist for electronic maintenance.

o Department Chief for 142 officer and enlisted sailors. Provided guidance to junior Naval officers and chief’s, molding them into a cohesive unit that dramatically improved teamwork.
