manufacturer in Milan; negotiated terms of contracts, size and time of shipments.

● Set up the company distribution system using external contractors.

● Using personal contacts and experience developed new brand name for the lingerie

line of products “Doda Line”. Doda was a well-known pop star in Poland at the time.

Successfully negotiated the rights to use the name with the Doda’s manager, created

business plan, negotiated with Universal Music Poland to coordinate the production with

the activities of the fan base.

Set up the production in Italy (Milan, Verona).

Worked as a member of 7-person team in the section of Ownership Conversions and Industry

Restructuring. The team work consisted of control and supervision of the expenditures of

64 coal mines. The supervised funds were obtained from the World Bank to be used for

indebtedness restructuration a manpower reduction. The section was answerable directly to the

Polish Minister of Finance.
