Blue Grace Logistics and FreighCenter.com/ Brandon, FL, Tr inity Fl,
Management Consulting Services
Description
Blue Grace is web based company. I went to Blue Grace because they were one of the top
competitors to FreightCenter without having to relocate. I brought my knowledge of freight
and contacts I had been working on in my spare time. While I was there I worked on my
client base and helped to t rain new employees. In the freight world you have to be able to
adapt because the rules are always changing. They offered many t raining programs but my
d rive t ime increased when the summer hit. This was a great company to work for and I
have taken many new sales techniques from this company and learning experiences.
Skills
M icrosoft Word, Excel, Mul ti tasking, Customer service, Replying and answering messages
and emails, Managing my customers and t ime spent with potential clients versus existing
customer base.
Reason for Leaving
Unfortunately I was not able to stay working here because of how far the drive was i t
t urned into a two and half hour r ide one way. This was my reason for leaving and going
back to Freight Center. I couldn't relocate because my wife was the manager of a
chiropractic Dr.'s office and we had just bought a house in Beacon Woods.

Description
Freight Center is a web based company where I was following up on leads and making 100
p lus dials a day for new business, plus making sure my current cliental were satisfied. This
was a wonderful company to work for and my sales performance was always well above
average. My profit versus cost percentage was among the highest at Freight Center. I also
was on the daily top dog list on regular basis. FreightCenter was always t rying new things
so you had to adapt on a daily basis. I was a National Account Manager for this company. I
headed up a few special projects for the company on t r ial by error basis. I was always asked
my input and feelings on how the failure and success stories to help the company build. I
built a client base within 3 months and was always given leads that others couldn't close. I
worked extra hours to facili tate my clients on the west coast.
Skills
M icrosoft Word, Excel, Mul ti tasking, Customer service, Replying and answering messages
and emails, Managing my customers and t ime spent with potential clients versus existing

Reason for leaving
I started looking for a new another freight broker to work for because Freight Center had
lowered my commission percentage and switched everyone in the company to hourly plus
commission and which dramatically lowered all of the top producers at Freight Center
salaries. I was told the reason for the company doing this is because they had such a high
t urnover ratio. FreightCenter tu rnover ratio for employees was a 3 out of every 20 will make
i t past their 30 days.
