My primary tasks at TheLadders.com involved database programming to
support the creation of ad-hoc reports in order to facilitate critical
business decisions. Reporting was performed against the
statistical/analytical database which has a typical lag time of 3 hours
from the main transactional database. The database size is in excess of 2
TB requiring precise and finely tuned queries and procedures.
