Employment
Demolition May 6, 2014 – May 9, 2014
With no real experience, here I learned how to use power tools and break down walls. I learned to follow orders and
certain procedures. I gain experience with manual labor carrying and lifting, and I also got to practice lots of
organization. I had to clean up many times all sorts of metals, debris and trash. This was a temporary job, but I finished
and I seemed to please greatly the people that had called me in to help. Phone:619-***-**** Geraldo(Hirer)
Junior Salesman, J.O.V Corp. January 2014 - February 2014
Working here I gained customer service skills as well as discipline, tolerance and teamwork by working an average of
66 hours per week. During the time I worked for this company, I was able to sell vacuums worth up to 3,000 dollars. I
also contributed a lot of my time, and came to work every day helping with what I could. I sold about 5
Kirby vacuums in total, the highest going for maybe about $1,750. I left the job after a month, due to the number of
hours. As a result, it seemed like my manager was sad to see me go. Phone: 619-***-**** Frank (Old Manager)
Strengths
I speak both fluent English and Spanish. I am young. I also have public speaking and communication skills. I love to
clean and I don’t get disgusted as easily. I have computer skills as well as editing software skills. I’m good at customer
service and selling. (Depending on the product) I’m good at manual labor and I feel like I can learn almost anything
once well taught. I’m the kind of guy who isn’t afraid to ask questions to give my best result.
Clubs
I have been involved a lot at my church, helping with big events and class segments. I used to be a youth leader but I
left it meanwhile to get a job for economic stability. I gave classes and I also played guitar in the church music band. I
still attend and I liked to give my support to the youth and the congregation with their church events. I like to be
involved, and to always have something meaningful to do.
