Engagement on public/private sector information sharing best practices, strategy, processes, and
performance metrics
• Led the creation of the Air Domain Awareness (ADA) community on DHS’s Homeland Security
Information Network (HSIN), which included developing the strategy, building partnerships within the
intelligence community and private sector aviation community, collecting stakeholder requirements,

• Contributed significantly to the migration of HSIN from SharePoint 2003 to SharePoint 2010, including
communicating complex technical changes to a variety of audiences both technical and non-technical
• Managed a CSC team that created the Federal Consulting Practice’s Big Data Adoption Assessment,
wrote white papers on how the intelligence community and DHS can leverage Big Data to enhance
mission performance, and leveraged this knowledge to assist CSC business developers in winning new
DHS business, including evaluating technologies of potential partners, such as Splunk, Hortonworks,
