Non-profit substance abuse facility for DUI and related services
Human Resources Director
Provided guidance and counseling to Executive Director, program directors, managers and employees on all matters
involving extensive change management. Managed and implemented improvement in all areas of Human Resources
for up to 80 employees. Responsibilities included all aspect of recruiting for exempt and non-exempt opportunities,
managed employee separation process, new hire orientation, benefits administration, benefit open enrollment, LOA
administration, worker's compensation administration, new hire orientation, safety coordination, OSHA compliance,
employee relations, and payroll processing. Managed the revision and implementation of job performance review
