Direct internal team and external outsourced software and services vendors
charged with administering and governing all information technology and
network operations, including new technology evaluation, contracting,
purchasing, systems availability/integrity, disaster recovery monitoring,

property inspection firm to administer New Jersey property tax statutes,
maintain property ownership records, defend valuations before County Tax
Board and New Jersey Superior Court, and conduct valuation trend analysis
for budget forecasting.

directing and an extensive, 3-year, court-ordered re-valuation
initiative, completing the $650K project on-time and on-budget and
