9,500 properties valued at $3.3B. Manage 1 assistant and an outside

property inspection firm to administer New Jersey property tax statutes,

maintain property ownership records, defend valuations before County Tax

Board and New Jersey Superior Court, and conduct valuation trend analysis

for budget forecasting.

. Won the Project Management Institute's Project of the Year Award 2005 for

directing and an extensive, 3-year, court-ordered re-valuation

initiative, completing the $650K project on-time and on-budget and

establishing new customer service and value creation metrics.
