Duties include:

Mold making- estimate cost of the mold either in urethane or silicone.

Fiber glassing- required to make the shell master holder for rubber molds.

Welding and plasma cutting of the gates and bars with a plasma cutting machine.

Weld pieces together with TIG or MIG machine. Major portion of welding is bronze, steel and some minor silver

check wax, pouring, cleaning, spruing

managing the investment department (slurry dept)

casting all the fine art pieces into bronze, white bronze, silver, stainless steel.

researched and developed the sand casting department: making the frame, design the gate system, mixing the sand and pouring the bronze alloy, stainless steel, and aluminum
