OBJECTIVE: I am interested in your Administrative Assistant job I found on the
Indeed job search. I have education and experience in office computers applications and
Human Services. I realize this is a one year contract job, but I also have experience and

I am currently working as a receptionist/administrative assistant at a Nursing and
Rehabilitation center. I enjoy my work, but I am moving out of the Baltimore City area
to Northern Baltimore County. I am looking for employment in the Hunt Valley, Sparks,
Monkton area.
I have a High School diploma as well as a diploma from Test Technology College in
office computer applications. I have most recently received a two year Associate of
Applied Science degree in Human Services.
I found that my biggest contribution to our company is my ability to make all visitors,
residents, and employees feel welcomed. I greet everyone with a warm smile both on and
off the phone. I am courteous and conscientious with residents, visitors, employees,
clients, and vendors. I am reliable, dependable, patient, detailed oriented, and have good
problem solving skills. My main focus is to get a job done in an efficient and sufficient
manner. I get to work on time and stay late if need be. I am energetic and have the ability
to multi-task. I operate a switch board as well as perform administrative work (creating
tables, charts, and write letters.) I can operate office equipment as well as troubleshoot
problems with them. I have good problem solving skills especially in maintenance area. I
am also a great team player and have good leadership skills. I get along great with other
employees, and I am always looking for ways to create a pleasant working atmosphere. I
learn from my mistakes, and I am always open to learning new and productive ways to
improve work and life skills.
