- Selected for Pilot Project to determine feasibility of developing an
in-house Service Department to replace a Contracted Service. Obtained
training and served as the Sole Technician - with full accountability
for territory including: Pennsylvania ... New Jersey ... Delaware ...
Maryland ... Washington, DC ... and parts of New York and West
Virginia. Of necessity, handled every customer and every type of
equipment. Developed superior levels of expertise through pioneer
years. Contributed in the depot set-up and handled parts orders.
- Responsible for keeping major stores (Kohls, Macys) and DC equipment
online.

technical manual for service.
