Steve’s World of Foods, Inc. is a multi-faceted company where I worked my way from

HR generalist to director. The parent company umbrellas: two cafeteria-style quick

service restaurant physical locations, a mobile catering division and two bars. As a direct

report to the president of the company, I actively had a role in the executive decision

making process. Transformed HR from a transactional position to a transformational
