Promoted from The Pines in Richfield in 2002 after facilitating the successful opening and fill of The Pine’s, 76 unit assisted living senior community, in 2000 within six months of opening. Woodbury Senior Living / Edgewood Management, Woodbury, MN, 1997 – 2000

Campus Marketing Director

Assisted in the successful start-up of Woodbury Estates, Assisted Living Senior communities on the Woodbury Senior Living Campus. Marketed and filled the Estates in the first six months of operations and then took Woodbury Manor, Independent Living facility from 75% occupancy to 100% occupancy in less than three months. Developed a marketing campaign that kept occupancy at 96% + occupancy throughout the campus.
