. Capital Projects: Annual capital projects typically range from $50k
to the current multi-year restoration project of $63M. Consultant
Construction Project Manager and technical representative (JEA/FPL-
Saint Johns River Power Park) on plant-wide capital improvements
involving cross-discipline projects including facility improvements,
HVAC, fire protection, civil structural restorations, new
construction, and replacement of major plant mechanical and electrical
equipment. Responsibilities include developing project RFP's/RFQ's,
coordination of Owner's Engineers in specification development,
contract administration, safety, project controls, supervision of
contractors and management of project staff.
2/2009-8/2009: Consultant Project Manager, Greenavations, LLC
. Budget: $200K to $1.2M Driven by the Gainesville Regional Utility's
Feed-In Tariff program, responsible for direct project management on
commercial scale ground based and roof-top (25kw up to 150kw) solar
thermal and PV renewable energy projects.

sales efforts in both Gainesville, Florida and rural Georgia.
