B.E Project IN HAL: Design and Development of Drill Jig for an out Board Boom Assembly for Weapon

system integration.

Description: Advanced light helicopter (ALH) is one of the latest helicopter designed & developed by Hindustan

Aeronautics limited (HAL) with technical collaboration from euro copter, Germany. The ALH project was

launched to meet the diverse operational requirements of Air force, Navy and Army; it can also be used to meet the

growing needs of civil market.

In this project we learn to Design and Develop Drill jigs. In this process we learn different manufacturing

operations, Heat treatment, finishing operations estimation and costing.

DIPLOMA Project: Speed Breaker Air Pressure Micro Turbine.

Description: The Mechanism which when the vehicle moving on the road, mounts on the speed breaker Humps

by which the compression is converted into the air pressure which is stored into the drum and when required will

drive the micro turbine to generate the power through the generate to extent of 3 to 5 volts.

Achievements / Extracurricular Activities:

We won the champion trophy, In District level HOCKEY Tournament held at huvianahadagali.

Winner of the Champion trophy, In HOCKEY Tournament held by Bellary district Hockey Association.
