I am a seasoned leader and have been successful across various disciplines both as an Air Force Officer and a Civil
Servant. Some of my greatest attributes are motivating people; the ability to utilize Continual Process Improvements to
make meaningful change; and sustaining the results in order to meet Organization Mission. I am an expert at
understanding organizational goals; formulating a plan to achieve them; then articulating that plan to my team for
accomplishment. My latest accomplishment in a long line of success was to reduce F-15 aircraft flow days by 48% after
the Depot production line was encumbered with lost time during the Government Furloughs. I was selected to brief 2
Senators, several General Officers, the Secretary of the Air Force and Community Leaders all in the past 3 months both
due to my outstanding communication skills and the success of my organization.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:
2011 – Present: United States Air Force, Robins AFB, Civil Service
F-15 Functional Test Flight Chief – Leads 125 personnel in 5 sections to include Engines, Egress, Corrosion Control,
Canopy Refinish and Flight Test to ensure flight worthiness for F-15 aircraft after a 13,000 hour work package is
complete. Ensures Quality in each aircraft prior to departure certifying a war ready weapons system.
2010 – 2011: United States Air Force, Robins AFB, Civil Service
Support Squadron Human Resource Flight Chief – Directed all Human Resources activities for 304 Wage Grade
employees. Direct supervisor for 7 first Line supervisors performing duties for 13 different series. Responsibilities
included, hiring, disciplinary action, training, time accounting, performance reports and feedback sessions and review
and recommend changes to personnel operating instructions.
2008 - 2010: United States Air Force, Robins AFB, Military
Deputy Director Aircraft Maintenance Support Squadron – Directed 700 civil servants and military Air Force
members to support the Aircraft Maintenance Group with over 3,000 employees. Directly over 5 Flight Chiefs with
responsibilities of manpower, finance, workload budgeting, industrial engineering, training, corrosion control,
AFSO21/Lean, security, nondestructive inspection, and several support shops. Overall mission is to provide services to
4 production lines which produce C-5, F-15, C-17 and C-130 aircraft.
2007 - 2008: United States Air Force, Robins AFB, Military
Chief Commander's Action Group – Served as the principal assistant to Commander/Deputy Director on
administrative and maintenance related functions for the organization comprising of six squadrons and over 3,000
employees. Direct supervisor for 10 Civil Servants. Administered Group Commander’s maintenance initiatives,
Lean/AFSO 21 changes, Voluntary Protection Program, AS9100 implementation and compliance program
management. .
2006 - 2007: United States Air Force, Robins AFB, Military
Deputy Direct 561 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron – Led 700 civil servants to perform 600K hours of depot
maintenance for USAF fleet of 719 F-15 aircraft across 6 Major Commands and 17 operating locations. . Managed an
annual budget of $240M to perform 6 year-overhaul cycle on a planned 85-90 aircraft per year. Ensured 500
maintainers complied with maintenance tech data, flightline safety, Air Force Operational Safety and Health standards &
Equal Opportunity regulations.
2005 - 2006: United States Air Force, Patrick AFB, Military
Executive Officer – Directed and administered executive support for Group Commander and Deputy, supporting over
300 personnel plus contractors totaling 4,700 personnel. Interacted with Space and Missile Center, Numbered Air
Force, Major Command, three groups, 17 wing agencies and 3 squadrons. Responsible for administration procedures,
staff interaction & monitoring projects & correspondence throughout the organization.
2003 - 2005: United States Air Force, Patrick AFB, Military
Chief of Maintenance – Directed over 400 AF, DOD civilian and contractor personnel in the operation and maintenance
of two Delta Space Launch Complexes and 115 facilities valued at over $1B in support of 12 Delta II launches per year.
Developed and executed a $20M budget. Responsible for synchronizing maintenance team comprising of engineers,
contractors, military members and civil servants to maintain the GPS satellite constellation.
2002 - 2003: United States Air Force, Kunsan AB, ROK, Military
Munitions Flight Commander – : Led effective employment of 150 military and Korean Nationals. Orchestrated
maintenance efforts of 10 elements into a cohesive team to meet wartime taskings. Oversaw 70 structures, 40-acre
munitions storage area and a $900M munitions stockpile.
2000 - 2002: United States Air Force, Eglin AFB, Military
Sortie Generation Flight Commander – Headed flightline production for Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Specialists,
Weapons Technicians, and Avionics Technicians comprising of 240 technicians in eight Air Force Specialties.
Responsible for the launch, recovery and combat readiness of 27 F-15C/D aircraft valued at $1.1B.
1999 - 2000: United States Air Force, Eglin AFB, Military
Munitions Flight Commander – Led over 90 personnel and supervised the development and execution of Munitions
Employment Plans to support worldwide contingency taskings. Ensured proper and timely receipt, inspection, storage,
maintenance, and delivery of all assigned munitions and missile systems. Managed a $260,000 annual budget and over
$300M worth of munitions and equipment.
1996 - 1997: United States Air Force, Tinker AFB, Military
Enlisted Aide to Center Commander – Selected to perform as military personnel assistant to the Tinker Air Logistics
Center Commander.
1994 - 1996: United States Air Force, Tinker AFB, Military
Quality Assurance Evaluator – Managed the housing maintenance contract for Military Family Housing. Responsible
for contract inspection, surveillance, and quality control to ensure compliance with government standards. Analyzed
operation costs and validated contractor proposals and invoices. Performed duties as housing referral assistant.
Inspected both on and off base housing facilities to ensure standards were met for military personnel.
1989 - 1994: United States Air Force, Grissom AFB, Military
Engineering Assistant Specialist – Responsible for management, supervision and surveillance of base services by
contract for use in the maintenance, repair, and new construction of structures and systems. Assured compliance with
contact plans, specifications, and documents. Additionally translated ideas, rough sketches, and engineering
calculations into complete and accurate working drawings for use in developing contracts for new and existing
structures and equipment.
