house attorney for Chevron Corporation assigned to facilitate the purchase

and sale of all service station sites in an 8 state region, created a team

to process ten to twenty property sales and three to five purchases or

leases per month. Assessed and diagnosed the existing scheduling, process,

and work flow gaps and inefficiencies. Initiated an integrated team

approach with feedback and organized process flow. Trained staff in

optimizing efficiencies, and provided liaison with internal customers to

allow timely monthly property sales of $5MM to $10MM and monthly property

purchases of $1.5MM to $4MM. Saved $10K per transaction over cost of

outside counsel.

. Experience with drafting purchase and sale documents and reviewing and

fixing title problems. With Chevron Corporation and in private practice, I

drafted numerous documents connected with the purchase and sale of real

estate. I was the sole person reviewing title insurance documents for

purchases and preparing deeds for the Chevron Corporation properties.

. Experience with secured lending, commercial law and securities. First as

a commercial lender, and then as Enforcement Counsel for the FDIC, I

learned all aspects of making and closing a good loan. As Chief Counsel

for the Florida Department of Banking and Finance supervised and

participated in enforcement and licensing litigation involving secured

lending, commercial law and securities covering mortgage brokers, mortgage

lenders, securities representatives, securities brokers and dealers and

consumer finance participants.

. Business. My M.B.A. and experience as a banker and financial analyst

combine with my legal experience as a regulator of banks and securities

broker-dealers, to give me a solid base to quickly learn and adapt to new

business transactions.

. Exceptional Computer Skills. I am at an advanced skills level in Word,

Outlook, Westlaw and Lexis. I am at an intermediate level in Excel and

PowerPoint. I have extensive experience using the internet and

communicating by e-mail.
