1) T I T LE : Development of Wipro’s Register Spec Executable tool for I C Design

Successfully completed the final year project ti t led “Development of Wipro’s Register

Spec Executable tool for IC Design”. This tool automates the process of register

verification. This tool is intended for use by designers in ASIC development projects.

2) O BJECT IVE OF T HE PROJECT:

-The objective of the project was to develop to a tool that automates the register verification

p rocess on an ASIC.

-The tool will reduce the overall design cycle t ime in the front-end of the ASIC design f low.

-I t produces an executable and error free Verilog output.

-I t can be enhanced to suit future needs.

3) HARDWARE/SOFTWARE REQU IRE MENTS:

-The tool was developed in PERL on L inux platform.
