1. Villas: Providing internet and network services at 24 villas, including the setup of wire and wireless

conductivities, 2 radio links (4 MikroTik peers) and 6 network racks with network equipment. Satellite system has been

installed by AUIS network team.

2. Old Cabins: Providing internet and UPS wiring infrastructure hybrid topology for 16 cabins, including

planning, implementation and supervision. Each individual cabin has been equipped with a network rack and 7 internet

sockets and one projector, all run on an uninterrupted power supply (UPS). Additionally, Cabin #1 has been reallocated

to be the data center for all 50 cabins (both old and new ones).

3. CED Erbil: Two villas have been provided with necessary connectivity in order to meet CED (PDI now)

requirements in classrooms and staff accommodation using.

4. New Cabins: Providing robust, high availability network infrastructure with back up links and failover

protection. 34 cabins have been wired up with cable protection against rodents, water effects, and EMI (Electro

Magnetic Interference). All run on uninterrupted power supply (UPS).

5. Additional 2 computer LABs: Two computer labs have been established in September 2009. To meet AUIS

expansion at the next semester.

LAB09 in ground floor (25 outlets)

6. PakCity A6 building: Date Network planning, design (including CAD drawings) and implementation of 14

floor AUIS facility at PakCity, each apartment has been provided with 5 network sockets and one wireless access point.

High availability, robust fiber optic connectivity to the current campus has been established through IQ Networks - with

capacity for more expansion in the future to connect to the new campus - providing a high performance and multi layer

back up and failover plans to meet staff and faculty needs of network resources provided by main data center and save

cost by reallocating same bandwidth from current campus to PakCity after work hours.

7. New computer LAB in CED Erbil: Provided Villa #69, 70 with necessary cables design (including CAD

drawings) and connectivity in order to meet CED (PDI now) requirements in testing labs
