• As Profit Champion my number one responsibility was to maximize financial returns while

controlling food costs, labor costs, and other general costs.

Duties included labor scheduling for staff of 68 personnel covering all shifts and office

staff for restaurant with over $6Million in sales annually, reviewing various daily reports,

verifying purchases and credits, checking current produce and bun pricing, review food

cost and labor cost reports as well as the IPO P & L to identify progress and opportunities

for improvement. Monitor inventories to assure they are at a minimum level allowing for

truck delivery times.

• Unit Training Coordinator for 3 Chick-fil-A restaurants in the Dallas area. Duties included

verification of I-9, W-4 completion, and to make sure every Team Member in the Restaurant was

certified in a minimum of four specific training modules within the Team Member Development

Process (TMDP). Those four TMDP modules are:

• ORIENTATION The foundation upon which every Team Member functions. The module includes

the The S. Truett Cathy Story, 2nd Mile Service®, Creating Raving Fans®, the uniform, customer

interaction and more.

As a Senior Systems Architect, my primary assignment was to create four distinctive statement of work

documents for my client (NetApp) to present to Bayer, Inc. for evaluation and commitment to future projects.

Gain a thorough understanding of their current NetApp NAS environment at both datacenters. Define a

standard deployment brick to be used across all filers using Best Practices specific to Bayer's environment,

define best practices for: Filer hardware configuration, naming conventions, volumes, qtrees, FTP, NFS, CIFS,

iSCSI, FCP, OSSV, SNMP, SnapMirror, SnapVault, Remote Management- Develop migration process for non-

compliant filers to compliancy

- Develop management practices for both compliant filers and non-compliant filers

- Review architecture of backup and recovery solution.

- Verify site hardware conformance to best practices. Verify NetApp software conformance to best practices.

- Verify Filer device configuration to NetApp best practices, including: volume/qtree/RAID layout (storage

architecture), synchronization schedules (SnapMirror/SnapVault), OSSV clients, network topology/throughput,

large vs. small volume management, define backup process, define recovery process.

Project Manager - Systems Architect, Verizon, Irving, TX

Challenged to direct a series of enterprise-wide IT implementation projects for this $170 billion

international telecommunications company (formerly GTE). Headed up evaluation and design team,

including overall design, architecture, and budgeting, scheduling, communication leading to the final

implementation of Network Appliance platform for enterprise-wide NAS (Network Attached Storage)

initiative that saved Verizon over $2 million. Advocated completely new direction and standard for file

services using Network Appliance filer hardware platform.

-Served on Windows Enterprise File/Print project team, creating and executing test plans for equipment/

platform selection.

- Led production build of W2K active directory servers and network attached storage, now the enterprise

network backbone and standard for future server implementations throughout Verizon.

- Directed nationwide expansion of Microsoft Exchange server, implementing a new hub and spoke server

and providing a more stable platform for 85,000 end users. - Evaluated and recommended tools for

migration of enterprise-wide Windows domains, upgrading users, global groups and computers.
