Branch Manager I opened this office on 11/15/04. By 05/01/05 we
had 500 open accounts. I maintained an acceptable delinquency
standard consistently. I was able to produce profit from the very first
month in business. As of 06/01/14, we had 975 accounts, acceptable
delinquency standards, and were very profitable. In fact, we were the
2nd most profitable office in Texas. I have documentation to
substantuate this.

Branch Manager I took this office over at a very high delinquency,
which was causing it to be running at a profit loss. I immediately was
able to reduce the delinquency and create profit. I was consistently
gaining accounts and controlling the delinquency standards. This
office previously was on the verge of being shut down and combined
into another office. In May of 2002, we achieved zero charge off by
collecting all 90 day accounts. This had not been done before, and I
received an extra bonus. I left this office to open the new office at
Commerce Finance.

Asst. Director of Supervision I was in charge of 16 offices and 95
employees. I would perform audit functions, training, performance
appraisals, delinquency reviews of each office, loan reviews, install
procedures to improve profit, and handle all employee issues. I was
in charge of reviewing and assigning write off of each office monthly.
I was constantly on the road. I left to come back to San Antonio, and
work in an office.

Regional Manager I was in charge of 9 offices and maintained an 89
million dollar portfolio. I would do office reviews every 90 days on
each office. This would consist of reviews of delinquency and write off
control, loan growth, sales finance portfolio review, documentation
and document review, cash control review, employee appraisals, a
total observation of the overall office performance. I would set up
programs and follow up each office to assure the programs were
being followed. I would also perform daily tracking of all numbers with
each office and report directly to the Divisional Manager.
