Eligibility and Enrollment framework (EEF) is a C ram implementation of

Medicaid and CHIP programs under the Affordable Care Act for the State of

Arkansas. C ram HCR module is being customized to meet the state specific

requirements. The project went live successfully with the first milestone

of the ACA on October 1, 2013. It is an online application, where Medicaid

reimburses healthcare providers for covered medical services provided to
