proposals that involve information technology and reconciled these costs

with 6 major programs of record (POR) that impacted the budget of the

MCICOM.

. Extrapolated data from POR to cross-reference with DD1391 data in order

to obtain more accurate budgetary projections.

. Coordinated with project managers across 4 regions with regard to missing

or under-budgeted programs to include them in follow-on requests,

reducing project lag by more than 20% of estimated administrative time.

. Convert data from DD1391s into a timeline chart to visually display life

of various projects and associated PORs in order to obtain estimated

start dates, Beneficial Occupancy Dates (BOD), and project sequencing.

This is necessary in order to obtain estimated start years of the MCPC in

question compared to the start date of the project, which may differ

significantly.
