Responsibilities

Registration, greet patients as they come into ER. Input patient info, symptoms, insurance info. Full registration

of the hospital visit. Answer phones, work side by side with nurses, doctors and medics. Making sure each

patient is entered and identified correctly to provide the right treatment, and make sure their billing is submitted

through the proper insurance group.

Accomplishments

I am generally the first person people see when they come into the ER, so making sure I greet them with

a warm friendly smile so they feel comfortable and at ease. I feel like this has a huge impact on their first

impression of the hospital.
