implementations/updates, to service problem management and

decommissions.

US.

. Managed and assisted in the development of a new business process to

implement individual certificate changes as they occur. This process

ranged from change authorization to completion by both IS and the

required business departments.

. The Project was approved by BCBS's legal department, but before it was

totally completed it was stopped during a government check.

Global IT On-Demand outsourcing contract while performing Project
