Project Name : Advanced voice based blind jacket.

Brief Description : Project aim is to provide a clear-path indication to

blind. we place a four UV sensors on jacket and we dump the voice in the

controller in the form of instructions. Hard ware of the system is ultra-

violet transmitter, voice based microcontroller, speaker,and voice

recorder,when there is an obstacle infront of him it gives a vocal

information to him.
