The project involved the excavation removal and disposal of 21,000 tons of petroleum-contaminated soil at the Miami International Airport. Acted as the prime contractor representative responsible for oversight of subcontractors during the installation of three 4-million gallons Jet A fuel storage tanks. Duties involved air monitoring, excavation safety competent person, managed and inspected personnel fall protection equipment and fall protection platforms. Monitored steel tank erection, underground and aboveground pipe installation, site construction activities, set up of temporary traffic control work zones and installation of a fire protection deluge system.

American Traffic Safety Services Association Work Zone Traffic Control Supervisor - Provided client related traffic control work zone supervisor duties and responsibilities for the Florida Department of Transportation Districts IV, VI, USEPA, Private clients and the City of Tallahassee, Florida. Emergency Response’s FDOT District VI Key West, Florida – Served as emergency response manager and mobilized personnel and equipment to mitigate hazardous material discharge from a fuel tanker fire that shutdown the North and South bound right away for the Seven Mile Bridge in Marathon, Monroe County, Florida. Supervised emergency response crew members and subcontracts to get the road open in less than 15 hours when it was expected to be closed for at least 24 hours.
