valuable information to disabled individuals, injured workers seeking gainful re-entry into the labor

market, and retired people needing additional income. This is being accomplished through

extensive Internet research, and is an on-going project.

Permanently disabled from an idiopathic neurological disorder, and unable to work. Eighteen

month period of stabilization and training of body and mind in adaptive strategies for pain

management.

implementation, and counseling procedures. The patient population disorders included a wide

Many hospitalized patients were also addicted to narcotics which led to further mental health

issues.

Drug awareness and treatment were an integral part of overall planning toward discharge.
