fielded software for improved satellite communications functionality
Key Achievements
• As program coordinator, successfully transitioned the subject Navy program from NISE West,
Vallejo to San Diego, CA
• Managed systems software configuration management, conducted customer briefings, and
participated in software development, testing, troubleshooting and follow-up support
• Developed a major software algorithm for hand-overing communications from one shipboard
antenna to another, thus providing 24 hour uninterrupted ship to shore communications

• As a software test engineer, prepared a test plan and procedures document for developmental
testing of a large Navy satellite communications system
• As a systems analyst, responsible for coordinating Year 2000 systems compliance methodologies
