Summary

I have great people skills, I enjoy working with people. I handle

difficult situations with grace and professionalism,. I am a self

motivator, I follow directions I have no problem taking correction. I

always find the good in most situations, I try to always have a positive

attitude and a smile on my face.

My greatest joy is when I have helped someone and accomplished a task that

ends with everyone involved being happy. I greatly enjoy working with older

people, and families. My goal every day is to some how, some way help

another person.

Accomplishments

My accomplishments have not come in the way of awards, My accomplishment

are my own self satisfaction of doing the best I can each and every day. I

try my best to be the best to myself and to those around me. My greatest

accomplishments is my family, my 3 grown kids, 12 grand kids and my

husbands happiness. At the end of the day my joy is knowing I did the best

I could and that I have the love and support of my husband and family.

Experience

1981 to 1991

Married traveled as a Army wife raising 3 children

1991 to 1992

Went through divorce, did a lot of work with my church, helped counsel

people going through divorce, and helped counsel young mother's and young

children. Taught a divorce recovery class and also a woman's Bible study.

Went on missionary trips to inner cities and reached out to the community.

Did a lot of self healing and got help with my new step in life through Al-

Anon.

1992 to 1997

Could not find work so I started my own house cleaning. I did 3 to 4 houses

a day, handled everything myself. Did office's of Austin Cooper Price

Insurance in San Bernardino Ca. At night and also did the owner's personal

house. I worked hard to provide for my kids and to accomplish something for

myself. I'm proud of how I took charge. I also did a carrier service part

time for a friend of the family. I learned office skills and driving a

route and delivering documents, payroll and other important items to

professional offices.

1997 to 2001

Got re-married in 1996

I moved my aging father in with us and cared for him, handled his medical

needs and scheduled all his necessary medical needs. Communicated with

Dr.'s and other health professionals.

Also cut back on my house cleaning and in 1997 took on a job as a waitress

at the Redlands Family Restaurant until 2001

2001 to 2002

After the passing of my dad, my husband and I moved to Florida. I again got

involved in a church and helped in the woman's ministry, did some community

outreach to the hardship area's, organized food drives and reach out

activities.

2002 to 2003

Got a job as a cashier/ clerk at Winn Dixie Super market in Adventura

Florida. I worked in the liquor dept. Stocking, cashiering, and doing some

of the manager responsibilities.

2003 to Now

Move back to California due to husband's health crisis...got a job at

Millennium Pacific Asset management.

I manage 2 Mobile Home Parks in Joshua Tree California 1 is a Family Park

and 1 is a 55 + park. I do everything from billing, filing, legal notices,

serving them and enforcing the Rules and Regulations of the Parks. I handle

the day to day call in's for repairs and I handle the day to day problems

that arise with anything to do with the Park's and the Resident's. I have

no problem working with state inspector's and handling all types of

maintenance problems. I have experience in reading Electric,Gas and Water

meter's . I'm a on site manager so I am here 24/7 . I handle RV's that

come in and want to stay a night, a week or a month. I do everything

myself with the help of 1 maintenance person.

I am seeking a new job at this time because due to the lack of jobs in our

area my husband has moved to Las Vegas. I stayed here in California for

financial reason's.

I now would like to find a job so I can join my husband and we can start

our new adventure in Las Vegas.
