Opened 3 new stores, 17 remodel outlet stores and 3 pop-up shops in 2013. Purchased and
relocated all fixtures, furniture and visual elements, while working with contractors to open on
schedule. Prepared forecast budget, coordinated and completed rollout programs (watch, sports,
sunglass, window display, and in-case jewelry displayers) to flagship, specialty and outlet stores
(London, 5th Avenue, Rodeo Drive, New York showroom).
• Launched Liz Claiborne New York rollout, including Macy’s Herald Square flagship shop,
receiving A.R.E award for outstanding merit in 2010.
• Managed and approved expenditures for rollout project with store budget of $5.3M, completing
with final cost of $4.8M, using program in domestic and international shops.
• Opened 12 freestanding stores with International partners and 6 airport shops, coordinated
with manufacturers, vendors, store operations, security, information systems and
merchandisers, initiating smooth delivery and installation within store opening date and time.

Facilities Space Planner 1997 – 2006
Relocated 5.8K employees from various off-site locations to the new Headquarter II office building in
New Jersey. Coordinated and managed movers with equipment, trucks and freight elevators.
Scheduled relocation for each employee with information systems, telecommunication departments,
and building management. Assisted employees upon arrival to new space as needed.
• Reviewed floor plans and attended daily meetings for upcoming department remodels and
relocation in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey offices, relocating department staff to
floating temporary space prior to new office space with less down time for each employee.
• Ordered new furniture for all facilities, maintained parts, cylinder and keys to be used for repair
and replacement, reducing production lead time and budget costs having furniture and parts
ready and available for installers within scheduled deadline.
• Coordinated building walk-throughs with maintenance, ensuring guidelines were met in
warehouse and office floor aisles, maintaining egress space required by building codes.
