Developed, sold and in the process of implementing Zero Waste and Integrated Services
program for Global Manufacturing firm with 6 plants in US and 2 in Mexico. Awarded contract, wrote MSA
and negotiated local agreements in MI, OH, AL, and MO. Added $2M domestically with an additional
$3M from larger manufacturing locations in Mexico.
Sold and implemented first-ever Zero Waste Solutions pilot to Global Logistics firm for Waste
Management Sustainability Solutions. Project positioned company nationally to acquire additional business
up to $15M annually from four operating divisions. Project reduced local operating budget by over 60% and
utilized as a national model by both client and company.
Developed and implemented business partnership with energy management and manufacturing
company as both customer and sustainability vendor for Waste Management. Potential business partnership,
including subcontracts, is in excess of $10M annual business.
Sold $15M Design/Construct contract to Schlumberger Industries for Rust Remedial Services.
First ever Design/Build/O&M for thermal treatment of soils, groundwater pump and treat, stabilization, cap
and closure of a PCB contaminated site in Pickens, SC. The site was considered one of the most toxic NPL
sites in State of South Carolina.
$5.5M sale/implementation to Wyeth/Pfizer in Puerto Rico was first-ever company integrated
engineering sale for pharmaceutical market working in an FDA validated environment. The project has
generated over $10 million in sales volume.
Sold and implemented a Valero Refinery facility security contract in excess of $4M annually
with Evergreen extension clause. The high-visibility site, located in Paulsboro, NJ within 10 miles of
Philadelphia, was under constant “post 9/11” local and regional media scrutiny. The sale was first-ever
facility security account sold in NJ and in the Critical Infrastructure Market.
Sold and implemented a $10M, 4 site, five year, integrated facility services contract to Unum
Provident.
Sold and implemented first-ever permitted, on-site thermal treatment solution for DoD at
Lakehurst Naval Warfare Center involving the recycling of hazardous soils into roadbed material, worth
$1M.
Tripled business revenues for Ecoflo Environmental Services by further developing NY-NJ-
Philadelphia territory for hazardous waste remediation, transport and disposal services to $500K in annual
