I am highly organized and believe in the love, compassion, empathy and well- being of all residents.

As my resume indicates, I possess 7 years of experience in the assisted living field. My professional

history includes positions such as Administrator for Willow Creek assisted living and for CVS

pharmacy for numerous years as a med- tech.

Most recently, my responsibilities as Administrator for Willow Creek assisted living include resident

safety and ADL's as well as maintaining and overseeing all departments. Making sure that we are in

compliance of all state regulations as well as policies and procedures. The staff and I ensured that all

residents were well taken care of physically, emotionally and spiritually.
