• Prepare and process expense reports, reconcile, scan and maintain files and records
• Assist others in the organization with special projects on an as-needed basis
• Coordinate new hire interview process including travel arrangements. Assist on-boarding of new
hires and contractors including cube or office location, badge assignment and equipment setup
