Designed a dissemination application to aggregate a wide variety of Measurement and Signature

Intelligence (MASINT), enabling IC analysts to access and analyze disparate datasets in ways that had

After acceptance of concept, became Senior developer for MASINT Central (MC) development team

Effectively lead the requirement collection, concept development, source code creation, testing,

MC was accepted by the National MASINT Office (NMO) of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) as

determine relevance at the tactical level-replaced the existing 1400 manual HTML pages with a user

managed, content driven system of templates requiring a minimal amount of webmaster interaction
