Project Title : Automatic jewel fixing in watches

using PLC

Environment : Titan industries Ltd, Hosur

Description : The main intention of our project

is to automate the process of jewel fixing in

watches to reduce friction in watch movement. This

process involves usage of PLC controller for

controlling sensors, pneumatic valves. Thus our

project was successfully implemented for the process

and cycle time was reduced
