Experience

I currently work full time as an Administrative Customer Service Representative. My duties include claim setup in

client systems, responding to emails and phone calls, discussing policy details with policyholder’s, and

maintaining an efficient handling time for all duties.

Aritzia 2013 2014

I worked part time as a sales associate and cashier. My duties included servicing customers, processing

transfers, returns and transactions, as well as restocking both clothing and cashier necessities such as bags and

receipt rolls.

The Keg Steakhouse and Bar 2010 2013

I worked as a host at the keg. I worked there for three years at both the Burlington and Waterloo locations. My

duties included greeting all guests in a friendly manner and escorting them to an appropriate table, making sure

all tables have been bussed and set before bringing anyone in, bringing food to tables and running the wait when

the restaurant was full. Side duties such as washroom checks, changing garbage’s, and keeping all areas tidy

were also my responsibility.

Fortino’s 2008 2010

I worked as a cashier at Fortino’s for two years while in high school. My duties included greeting customers,

quickly and efficiently ringing through customer orders and completing monetary transactions. I was also

responsible for memorizing produce codes, keeping the conveyer belt clean and making sure my till had the

correct amount money.

Wilfrid Laurier University 2011 2015

Education

I currently study psychology at the University of Laurier. In the future I plan to venture into the field of real estate, I

plan to finish my degree and continue my education at OREA where I would like to obtain my real estate license. I

believe that finding jobs that align with my career goals with help in building greater knowledge and experience

that will benefit my future.

Interpersonal – Not only can I communicate well with others I can also relate with them and work cooperatively

with them maintaining a positive attitude and accepting constructive criticism.

Leadership – Coming form a large family I have gained leadership skills used to complete work more effectively,

these are transferable to the workplace. I am used to thinking on my feet and can problem solve and work well

under pressure.

Flexibility – I am very flexible and can quickly adapt to changing roles in the work environment. This is a constant

occurrence in my field of work so this skill is continually improving.
