Processed calls through a very busy, multi-line phone system for a staff of 15 counselors with a
very active reception room. Performed data entry, faxing and other tasks as needed. Served as assistant
to the Drug Court department of the company and acted as liaison for clients and their family members.
Arranged for inpatient rehabilitation services for clients and kept up to date records concerning their
situations.

Assigned to temporary position with Storage Plus by 5R of Tulsa to enter data, document and
organize inventory, file documents, answer phones and provide reception services. Assigned to temporary
position in the pre-needs offices of Floral Haven Cemetery and Funeral Home to assist with direct mail
advertising campaigns and responsible for the production of 800 to 1600 pieces of mailed advertising on a
weekly basis.
Independent Fine Artist, Illustrator and Designer 1989 - 2005
Performed as and recognized as an award winning, fine artist working in the medium of
watercolor on paper. I am a member of Watercolor USA Honor Society and was a member of the Graphic
Artists Guild.

I was responsible for the illustration and production of print advertising seen in approximately
800 newspapers distributed nationally on a daily basis. Involved in the same capacity with the ‘How-To’
books created by the Workshop and published by Chilton, Better Homes & Gardens and Doubleday &
Sons Publishing Houses.
VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES
I was very involved with the Tulsa Chapter of Greyhound Pets of America, a national, non-profit
organization, for 15 years performing various duties including organizing and managing weekly meet &
greet events for the public to meet greyhounds that were available for adoption. I also served on the
Board of Directors, performing as secretary for eight years and serving as president from 2003 through
2005.
