*Work with a variety of materials such as: flagstone, slate, river rock, brick, block, cultured

stone, field stone, etc.

*Consult with contractors and homeowner about projects .

*Read blueprints

*Give written estimates and bids

*Communicate well, listen, and always courteous.

*Build fireplaces, chimneys, walkways, barbeques, patios, planter boxes, veneer, steps, etc.

Extensive experience grinding out existing chimney flashing and putting in new counter-

flashing

Restoration work using materials to try and match existing masonry. Grouting, tuck pointing,

cleaning, sealing. New chimney grout caps.

*Set up scaffolding and plank for materials, mix mortar.

*Ready planks with mud boards, brick, block, stone, flue liners.

*Cut materials on brick saw or grinder.

*Clean masonry with various solutions and muratic acid.

*Excellent organizational skills to keep jobs running smoothly.
