A veteran Project Manager with recent experience in traffic management of a large Direct

Mail and Digital marketing program, I am familiar with the creative and business sides of

Marketing and Branding. I have a demonstrated ability to tailor promotions for each

product and market. I have outstanding communication, problem solving, and

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Marketing Project Manager, Infobase Learning - Films Media Group(2008-2014)

Utilization of PM tool such as WBS, Earned Value, Change Management, and

Cost Control measures control timelines and budgets to organize a multi-million

piece Direct Mail Marketing Program.

Using analytics data, identified appropriate content for each print and digital piece

from a library of more than 10,000 titles using Data Collection Tools.

Worked with a team of Graphic Artists, Copywriters, Proofreaders, Sales and

Productions Reps, and Vendors to meet tight deadlines and successfully complete

Worked with Mail List providers to build and obtain appropriate lists for each

promotion piece.

Used the Cognos system to research market analytics

Wrote, edited and proofread copy for packaging, catalogs and the e-commerce

Using a proprietary WMS, tracked inventory of all raw goods, third party vendor

products, and office supplies.
