Faxing/stapler/stacker setup, install wireless card and or all necessary equipment. Test and confirming product
functions, review use of product with client and confirm completion with client, local IT, project IT and
Managers. Send reports confirming Installation Specs and hours to Project Manager(s) and relay any notes

• I have been a Technician in this area serving both individuals as well Business Clients onsite as well
remote support. Setting up Internet connectivity in addition to PC services include the Law Firm of Gene
Cunningham of Glens Falls, Wiawiki Health Spa of Lake George, Back, Neck and Joint Rehabilitation Center,
Hudson River Music Hall of Hudson Falls to name a few. Efforts include assessing needs, requirements,
equipment, feasibility, Internet Solutions Troubleshooting/ Repairing, Replacing Desktop and Laptop hardware.

from bad drives using GDB Fat/ NTFS formats as well other recovery programs, Recovering Passwords as well
other utilities using ERD Commander for XP/ Vista, Trinity Rescue for Win 7 and 8. Imaging Data / Operating
Systems from smaller drives to larger or IDE to Sata Drives. Backing up and Restoring Data, Mail /Settings to
New Drives or New PC's. Installing Popular Software's and Operating Systems and Configuring. Research and
Resolve Software Conflicts Registry errors, Locating Drivers for various Hardware's in respect to their
Operating Systems and Downloading and Configuring them. Most recent is the demand for upgrades / new
installs or PC's (depending on the current hardware to Win 7/8 from XP, as the Microsoft product support for that
Operating System has ended. Internet connectivity is also a demanding aspect of my services, assessing /
resolving and installing depending upon the need. Installing Routers and/or resolving connectivity issues for
wireless via Laptop settings and or by Logging into to the Routers via Web-Browser and testing settings as well
setting up WEP Security/ firewalls etc. My Services also extend to Wireless connectivity as well setting up and
