Lead the direction of the visual and interaction design with my

prioritization of the company's web, print and other digital production

project, create the concept, strategy and implementation for the company's

web site and other digital production based on consumer's need, and

mentoring the junior designer or photographer in visual direction. For

approx. 300 projects, I have managed and collaborated with copywriter,

producer, photographer, and the entire senior management team. I have been

responsible for the prioritization of the projects, visual direction and

the strategy for the web content site and other digital production, and

fully conversant in digital branding, marketing, and strategies for web and

print based production including the web site redesign, and the creation

for the web banner advertisement, micro websites for the campaign, event

contest art, icons and logos, e-magazine ...etc. One of my most significant

projects was the conceptualization and implementation of a New York

cocktail week campaign with 18 of the top venues in 2011.

Web/ Graphic Designer. Tumri Inc. (Oct. 2009 - Jan. 2010):

Produced web-based, holiday sales promotional advertisements for major

corporate client's marketing dept. including Macy, Home Depot, and John

Deere.

Web Designer. ZyXEL Communications. (July 2006 - June 2007):

Within a 4-person design dept., produced website designs with coding, web

advertisement, and inter-department coordination. Incorporated Flash-based

advertisement, tradeshow animation for promoting company's products, web

site maintenance and email newsletter coordination with circulation to 1600

nationwide distributors and consumers.
