five months behind schedule and tasked with bringing it back on

schedule. In the span of four months, 4 month had been made

up.

. Overcome the challenges / barriers by learning the culture,

language, taking meals with the staff, attending weddings,

Facilities Project Manager; Crestview Hills, KY 12/2005 - 5/2008

Achievements:

. Managed renovation of 312 room downtown Atlanta Marriott in 10

months as required by the PIP. Upon final inspection by

Marriott, company received $1 Million franchise credit.

Responsibilities:

. Performing duties as project manager and owner's representative

including overseeing all aspects of hotel construction /

renovation projects ranging from complete guts to up grading for

current brand standards and codes issues in a design build

atmosphere.

. Ensure that all ADA and life safety compliance issue were met

per code.

. Hire Architects and worked with them on the design for

renovation for hotel or casino as necessary to obtain permits.

Compile other design documents necessary for restaurant or front

of house renovation.

. Interview, hire and train on site project coordinator and

Superintendent.

Achievements:

. Achieved $230,000 in additional profit at the project start on

Boone County Jail and Sheriff Project via two WBS

clarifications.

lieu of running off of a home server.
