Work Experience

4/11-8/12 Santa Fe Heating and Air

Started out as a lead salesperson, which duties included providing constant customer contact, communic ating

the customer’s needs as it related to the company and supplying information on services and equipment sold by

the company. My position transitioned into the role of a Service Technician which duties included customer

relations, service, repair and installation on both commercial and residential heating, ventilation and air

conditioning (HVAC) equipment.

2/98-12/10 Beebe Heating and Cooling

Hired as a Service Technician on an apprentice level installing, repairing and servicing HVAC equipment. In

2001, Passive Voice (consider revising) as a Service Manager, which duties consisted of providing supervision of

four Service Technicians including hiring, troubleshooting, communicating and training. In addition to this role, in

2006 I became the sole Salesperson for the company generating over $4 million in sales.

1991-2/98 Clubhouse Inn Hotel

Performed as Facilities Manager for maintenance which duties included providing supervision of employees,

plumbing, electrical repairs, preventative maintenance a nd remodeling of over 400 guest rooms, HVAC repairs,

security detail, grounds keeping and pool and hot tub maintenance. I had to be available to fill in for other

employees that did not show up for work. My duties would also consist of front desk clerk, night audit,

housekeeping, bartending and housekeeping.
